Coaches Instructions

Race Times

5:30 – High School Girls

6:00 – High School Boys

6:25 – Awards Presentation

1.)    Make sure your athletes understand the course.  It is impossible to get lost if they follow the white painted line.

2.)    Make sure all athletes report to the starting line 10 minutes prior to the start of their race.

3.)    All athletes will receive a place card after their race, in the chute.  Complete the card and turn it in to the scorers table.  Please list first and last name as well as your school on each card.

4.)    Individual awards will be handed out in the finish chute.  Team awards will be handed out once both races are complete.

5.)    Results will posted on the Eaton Community Schools website by Thursday.

6.)    All coaches will receive a copy of the results in the mail by Monday.
